GENERAL INFORMATION FOR SUMMER SHOW 2012
 

No Pre-Registrations - Completed Registration Fee Form must be brought to your audition.  (Tech Crew and Orchestra do not pay registration fee).

Note:  If completed form does not have Parent’s Signature and the accompanying fee, you will not be able to audition.

Requirement:  Must be a resident of Glastonbury or attend Glastonbury school system.

A. Show — The Wiz

B.  Auditions — May 14, 15 & 16, at Glastonbury High School

C.  Age Requirement — Must be eight (8) years old at the time of the audition.

D.  Times of Registration and Auditions.

5:15 p.m. Registration time for ages 8- fifth grade
6:00-7:00 Auditions for  actors ages 8-fifth grade

6:15 p.m. Registration time for ages sixth grade-adult
7:00-10:00 Audition for ages sixth grade-adult.

Please stay for your entire audition time. (6-7 OR 7-10)
***The auditions are closed — only staff and theperformers are allowed in the auditorium***

E.  REGISTRATION FEE

• $25.00 per person or $ 50.00 for a family of 3 or more people participating in the show.
• This will be collected the night they audition. People may not audition until the fee has been paid.
• Cash or checks (made out to Town of Glastonbury). Please no credit cards and do not combine with any other fees. This fee covers the paperwork processed for each cast member throughout the summer.

and may be picked up from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at
Glastonbury Youth and Family Services, 321 Hubbard Street, Glastonbury, CT.
